Must-Try Dish: The legendary clam bake. Don't let the name mislead you - this dish is packed with lobster. This dish it typically listed as an app, but you can totally ask for it as a main entrée size - and we'd highly recommend that! Served alongside spicy chorizo, potatoes, and that sweet corn puree - this dish has a special place in our hearts.
2. Ventuno
Taste the Italian sun

Must-Try Dish: Whole roasted peking duck. This dish is definitely for sharing! Limited availability every day, so be sure to order right as you're getting seated. Served with all the fixins, including warm steamed bao buns and housemade sriracha. This is a can't-miss on the Nautilus menu!
4. Gaslight
Asian fusion with a twist

Stop by the Gaslight for amazing bites, a buzzing bar, and live music. Featuring shareables, fun Japanese-vibe cuisine, Gaslight has some of the best noodles, dumplings, and sushi-style handrolls on the island. We love the bar for it's fresh ingredients and inventive cocktails.
Must-Try Dish: Taiwanese Egg Fried Rice. With a constantly rotating menu of options, there's always something new to try at Gaslight. Our favs include their rice and noodle dishes, especially the Taiwanese Egg Fried Rice, featuring garlic chives and ginger scallion sauce.
