Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards, debit cards and Grey Lady gift cards. We cannot accept cash, checks or American Express gift cards.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept a return for a full refund. Returns will be refunded in the original method of payment.
To return an online order, please email customer service at hello@greyladycandle.com. We will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 business days. All sales taxes will be refunded, however original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.
